A sweet pudding made with sabudana and either milk or cream.

Rinse sago, then soak overnight in ¼ cup or enough water. Next remove the sago from the water.

Pour milk into a saucepan and add soaked sago, cocoa powder. Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add cardamom extract, jaggery, salt and mix. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes stirring constantly so that it doesn't stick to the pan.

Turn off the heat when the sabudana is transparent and cooked. The mixture has thickened.

Serve the Sago Cocoa pudding hot or cold.
