Steps

Wash and trim beans.Then cut into two inches.

Heat pan and add oil and stir fry minced pork until color changes then remove.

In same pan add oil again and drop ginger and garlic.Stir fry until aromatic.

Add in beans mix and pour water and chicken powder and dark soy sauce.Cover and cook for 3mins.

Then add in minced pork and black pepper.

Continue cooking until done.
