Dry Green Jackfruit Curry (South Style)

After cutting the Jackfruit place it into a bowl filled with salty water. Then rinse it and add buttermilk and some salt. Now boil it in a pressure cooker.

Now heat a pan with refined oil and add red chillies, bay leaf, curry leaves, black mustard seed,posto dana,hing one after another. Cook it and add green chillies. Then add some salt and haldi. When it gets thickened add the watermelon seeds paste and dhaniya powder,3 spoon of grated coconut. Cook it for five minutes in low flame. Now add the boiled Jackfruit into the pan.

Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame. Add lime juice, garam masala and grated coconut.

Now it is ready to serve hot.
