Ingredients

2.2 poundsground lamb (1 kilogram)
1onion, finely chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 bunchparsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Pomegranate molasses
Kofta spice mix or barbecue seasoning

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together, shape the kofta, and grill over charcoal.

Serve with baba ghanoush, hummus, green salad, tahini sauce, and white rice.

Serve on Lebanese flatbread topped with sliced onions, parsley, and a sprinkle of sumac.
