Chicken Teriyaki

This is a recipe using my all-purpose sauce.Teriyaki Chicken Wingswasn't really a standard dish, so I decided to upload this recipe.
All the cooking is done over medium heat. Please adjust Step 5 to your preference.
Wipe off any oil after browning because it will have an impact on the result.
You will end up with more sauce than necessary, so enjoy it over rice or with meat.
You can grill two thighs at the same time, just adjust the cooking time. Recipe by Team yokin

Cut the chicken thighs into any size you like or into half. Heat the pan on a medium heat and grill skin-side down.

Wipe off any oil the comes out while cooking.

Flip the chicken when the skin has a nice golden brown color, and grill for two more minutes.

Turn the heat off, mix the ♥ seasonings together, pour the mixture into the pan, and let it boil.

Cook with the lid on for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes. Then, take the lid off and let the sauce thicken. The sauce will start to thicken in about 2 minutes.

I cut the chicken thigh into 6 pieces. It will give you stamina if you add garlic chives!
