Tuna Ceviche
Delicious, easy, and budget-friendly! Perfect for hot days and Lent.

Place the tuna from the cans in a strainer and let it drain.

Finely chop the cilantro, onion, tomato, peppers, and avocado. Make sure everything is washed and sanitized first.

In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients together.

Add the tuna and mix well.

Add the strained juice of the limes and about 1 teaspoon of salt.

Check the salt and serve with saltine crackers or tostadas. Enjoy!
