Wash and cut okoro and pumpkin leaf into pieces,put them in separate bowl

Wash and blend pepper, onions, crayfish and okpehe they can be put in separate plates or same

Wash your chicken meat put it in the pot and add 75cl of water

Light your stove and put the meat on the fire,allow to boil for 10minutes

Drop the meat and put a new pot on the fire,pour oil allow it to bleach a little and add your blended pepper and onions and allow it to fry

Fry for 2minutes and add your boiled chicken meat water to it,add okpehe and crayfish, wash and add your catfish,add your okoro cover the pot and allow it to boil

It should boil for 10minutes,add your cooked chicken meat, add maggi and salt

Wash your chopped pumpkin leaf and add to the pot,cover it and allow it to boil for 5seconds

Drop your soup,it can be serve with amala,pounded yam,semovita,and eba

It can also be serve hot or cold
