Steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a very large bowl, toss all ingredients together.

Equally lay out onto 2 large baking sheets.

Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir; place back in oven and cook for additional 15 minutes.

Enjoy!

Tip: Pre-cut all veggies and sausage and throw in zip lock bag and freeze for future meal. Unthaw and throw in olive oil and seasonings for an ultra quick weeknight meal!
