Ingredients

  • 1thin turkey or chicken cutlet
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 sliceham
  • Swiss cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Place half a slice of ham and several slices of Swiss cheese on the cutlet, then season to taste.

  2. 2

    Fold the cutlet in half, dip it in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

    Cook in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
