Ingredients

3 serves
  • 250 ggreen grams
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tbsproyco
  • 1 bunchcoriander

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Sort out the green grams and remove all the unwanted material from the green grams.Then wash the green grams.

  2. 2

    Boil the green grams for a 35 minutes under medium heat. Until it becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Then mash the green grams and add water and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Into another put one tbsp of oil and add the diced onion. fry the onions

  5. 5

    After the onions have turned golden brown add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a few minutes

  6. 6

    Add coriander,then add one table spoon of royco.

  7. 7

    Then add the mashed green grams and mix. Allow it to boil for a few minutes.

  8. 8

    Serve while hot with rice of chapati.
