Ingredients

  • 4 tbspRose jam
  • 10-12Cashews
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 3 tbspAlmonds chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush cashews and rose jam(gulkand) in a fine paste

  2. 2

    Mix this paste in milk and Add sugar to it

  3. 3

    As it done turn off the gas and pour it in to a bowl and garnish it with almonds

  4. 4

    Serve it hot or chilled as per choice

  5. 5

    Cook it on medium flame till mixture get thicken
