  1. 250 ggoat meat
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. cubesRoyco or Beef
  6. 1 Bunchcoriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the goat meat into medium sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Boil the goat meat for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add one tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt,fry for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Then add the diced onions

  5. 5

    Then add the chopped tomatoes and coriander. Then fry for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Add 1 tbsp of royco and continue frying.

  7. 7

    Serve while hot with Rice chapati or Ugali.
