Rice and Beans with fish stew

Blend the Tomatoes, onions, tatashe and scotch bonnet pepper and set aside.

Wash the beans and bring to boil. Once the beans is half-way cooked, wash the rice and put in the pot with the beans. Add more water if necessary, then add salt; cook through till it’s soft, turn off heat and set aside.

Heat up oil in a pot, add blended paste, allow it cook for about 3 minutes, stir still paste is cook through

Add your seasoning, buollion cube and a dash of salt.

Allow stew cook through for another 2mins; turn off the heat after that. Serve hot with fried mackerel fish.
