An indian dessert mostly made on festivals with maida but this time soMe twist given with cottage cheese and result is speechless

First add sugar water and cardmom powder in a pan cook and make one string syrup keep aside

Take cottage cheese and milk in a mixer jar blend it and make a smooth paste

Take this paste in a bowl add maida and cornflour mix and make a semiliquid batter (consistency should be like pancakes batter if needed add little more milk)

Now heat oil in a pan (it should not be so deep) pour batter in hot oil using big spoon and fry

As it get fried in golden brown colour take out it from oil

Add this fried malpua in sugar syrup and leave for 30minuts

After 30 minutes take out from syrup garnish with chopped almonds and serve
