Steps

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into wedges

Put the potatoes to boil with a pinch of salt till fork tender

Peel, wash and julienne the carrots to the same length as the potato wedges

Drain the water from the boiled potato wedges and set side
- 5
Sauté the two together and season with Royco Beef Cubes
- 6
Serve in a bowl and garnish with dhania
