Bengali Chicken curry

Marinade chicken with salt + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder + turmeric powder + oil + ginger garlic paste + lemon juice and marinade for 2 hours in refrigerator.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.

Add marinaded chicken + chopped tomato and mix all.
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes under low to medium flame. - 4
Check in between.
Gradually chicken release water. - 5
By now water from Chcken is evaporated and oil is seen at surface.

Now add water and cook for 5-6 minutes, add sugar and check for salt, simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Dish is ready to serve.

Serve with hot steamed rice
