Glutten-Free Irish Potato Cakes

Steps

Cook the Potatoes in a pot of water until tender.

Drain the water from the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes.
Set aside to cool. - 3
Add the Gluten-Free Flour, Salt, Pepper and Margarine to the mashed potatoes.
Mix thoroughly until a dough is formed. - 4
Flatten the dough on a flour surfaced into a circle.
Cut the dough in 8 triangles, like a pizza. - 5
Heat the Olive Oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the dough wedges until golden brown and crispy on both sides. - 6
Serve as a starter or side dish.
