In a mixer jar add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, homemade mawa,fresh cream, homemade mint peanut coconut chutney now grind it for 5 min.shahi paste is ready.

In a kadai add oil, chopped onion,shahi paste mix it well.now add some basics spices like (salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmericpowder mix it.)now add boiled lotus stem

Mix it well and add water mix it again.now add bharwa masala mix it well.

Now cover with plate for 5 min.on low flame sabji is ready.
