Here in this pasta I swap milk and refined flour and I am trying here almond milk and wheat flour.which gives same taste.also I am using tomato puree instead of tomato sauce.

Steps

Keep kadai on medium flame and then add oil.now add chopped ginger garlic in oil.then add chopped onion.when onion become transparent add tomato paste then add kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and sugar.

Simultaneously grind almonds and then add water and make a paste.prepare almond milk.now add veggies in kadai and soute it.then add wheat flour and mix it well.

Now add almond milk and mix herbs.mix it well.

Add boiled pasta in it then add cheese in it.mix it well and try your pasta hot.
