Ingredients

  • 1green apple
  • 1boiled chicken breast
  • 20 gwalnuts
  • 2 tbspGreek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tspmild mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon wedge
  • 3celery stalks
  • 1/2 tspturmeric (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tspcoriander (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Core and dice the apple, then toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  2. 2

    Cut the boiled chicken breast into small cubes.

  3. 3

    Finely chop the celery: slice the stalks lengthwise into thin strips, then dice.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Add Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mustard, salt, and spices to taste.

  5. 5

    Stir well, then garnish with walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
