✅
Makhana also known as foxnut is cultivated in India, mostly in Bihar. It has many health benefits such as calcium, magnesium , antibiotics and many more.
Usually, makhana in different forms is consumed during fasting. Gud (jaggery) Makhana recipe I have posted earlier. My family enjoys it as a favourite smack.
This time I have added masalas, sesame seeds , coconut powder to make it much more tasty. This is my innovative recipe
