Ingredients

5-6 tbsp
  • 1/2 cupmint leqves
  • 1/2 cupcoriendar leaves
  • 3 inchesginger
  • 25 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tspred Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt (add 2 tsp if you want to store it in a freezer)
  • 2-3 tbspLemon juice

  1. 1

    Wash mint and coriendar leaves. Peel garlic and ginger. Cut ginger in slices.

  2. 2

    Combine everything in a grinding jar. Squeeze a lemon.

    Grind it in a paste without using water.

    If you want to serve it as a side dish, add sensible amount of salt. But if you want to store it in a freezer for a long time, avoid more salt to prevent it from freezing like ice

  5. 5

    When you want to add this paste in your stuffing like samosa, cutlets etc, fry it for 2-3 seconds in oil and then add the veggies.
