Foxtail Millet Sweet Paniyaram

Take all the needed ingredients. Combined millet,rice and fenugreek. Wash and soak around 5 hrs.

Then transferred to a mixer jar,add few amount of water and grid like idli batter. Batter should not be watery consistency.

Now pour the batter to another bowl and ferment about 5 hrs. Now add other ingredients to the mixer jar and add 1 to 2 spoonful of water,if it's needed..grind nicely and mixed with the fermented batter.

Mix well. Batter must be thick consistency. Jaggery level is upto us. I added 1cup only. Medium sugar level. If you want more sweetness you can add extra 1/4cup jaggery.

Now in a ghee rubbed hot pan, pour a ladle of batter,and let's wait. As soon as it's cooked one side,flip and cook other side. Serve.
