You can add just about anything as long as it's shredded!

Shred the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and massage it. Squeeze out as much water as possible.

Shred the boiled broccoli stem.

Combine the cabbage and broccoli stem, then add the chicken bouillon powder, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add the boiled edamame and salted kelp, and mix thoroughly.

If you like, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
