Ingredients

  • 2 leavescabbage
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1broccoli stem
  • 1/2 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
  • Edamame, as much as you like
  • 1 tablespoonsalted kelp (shio kombu)
  • Sesame seeds, as much as you like
  • 1drizzle of lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and massage it. Squeeze out as much water as possible.

  2. 2

    Shred the boiled broccoli stem.

  3. 3

    Combine the cabbage and broccoli stem, then add the chicken bouillon powder, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled edamame and salted kelp, and mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    If you like, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
