Wash and soak the basmati rice and rice flakes for 10 minutes.
Wash the Fresh Fenugreek Leaves.
Now discard the water from rice and grind everything in a blender jar and make a smooth paste.
Add salt, mix properly and rest for 5 minutes. - 2

Heat the tawa and grease with oil.
Add one ladle full mixture on tawa.spread a little.
Apply oil all around.
Roast on a slow flame. - 4
Turn the Chila and roast till light brown marks.
Make all. - 5
Serve the Chila in the serving dish with chilli sprinkled curd..
