In a mixing bowl add rice flour, ragi flour, semolina, cumin seeds,curd,chopped green chillies,salt.Mix well.

Add 2- 1/2 cup water.Keep aside for half an hour.

Heat a non-stick pan add little oil and ragi batter by using small katori.

Put oil on it.Cook till reddish brown and crispy.Serve with chutney.
