Poha Rolls are very easy, tasty, less oil , less ingredients, crunchy, and quick snack recipe. Everyone will definitely love this recipe.

Add the Poha in a bowl and to that add some water and wash the Poha twice. Now, pour 1/4 cup Water in it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Take a pan and roast the Besan for 2-3 minutes.

Heat 1tsp oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds, hing and chopped green chilli. Add this in soaked poha.

Now add roasted besan, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves. Mix and mash well. Make a dough without adding water because the moisture in poha is enough. Apply oil to hands and now take a small amount of dough in your hands and make cylinder shapes.

Heat the oil and shallow fry all the rolls in hot oil at medium flame. Fry until it becomes golden and crispy. Serve with some ketchup or chutney. It can be served as an evening snacks with a cup of tea or coffee.
