First take 250 gm bitter gourd.peel it. And make a cut between bitter gourd and separate bitter gourd seeds. Then take a bowl pour water add salt and turmeric and boil bitter gourd make it soft.

Then take250 gm chavanu and 250 gm gathiya add 1 tbsp seasame seeds and 1 tsp Garam Masala1 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt then Crush in mixture jar make a masala mixture.mix well fill in bitter Gourd.

Then heat a pan add 5 tbsp oil add1/2 mustard seed1/2 cumin seeds 1/2 tsp hing roast it and add stuffed bitter gourd.steamed for 10 minutes now our healthy tasty bharva bitter Gourd sabji is ready.Enjoy!!!
