Bhindi tamarind pachadi is a typical tamil bramin recipe. Very tasty tangy dish. Serve this pachadi with hot rice is very taste.

Wash, cut it into small pieces

Chop the onion, perl the garlic, chop the tomatoes
- 3
Heat oil and add mustard, onion and garlic. Saute well until the garlic into well cooked

Add tomato and fry the tomato mashy.

Add chopped bhindi and fry well
- 6
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix
- 7
Cover the pan and cook for five to seven minutes
- 8
Open the lid and mash the curry with potato masher
- 9
After fully mashed the curry heat oil and add mustard, urad dal saute into golden brown colour and add this tadka to the curry and mix well.
