Mix flour with your dry ingredients, sugar to your preference(optional), salt to your preference

Add salad cooking oil to your mixture of flour sugar and salt, mix till it mixes well

Grate your carrot and add to your mixture..and mix appropriately

Boil malenge till soft then blend to a fine mixture
- 5
Mix the fine blended malenge to your flour mixture and knead till soft and fine...cover for 3 minutes as you prepare your cooking area

Add water and mix till the required texture is achieved..roll up your flour to rounds and start cooking...on your gas or jiko or whatever means of cooking

Enjoy your yellow,sweet,pagy chapatis...with kuku kienyeji,beans or ndegu...
