  2. Water500-700g
  3. GARRI 150-200g

    Mix residual with some water to get a paste as thick as the one below

    Now,cook covered on med heat, stiring frequently,when you hear bubbles from pot while it's covered cooking,then you start adding garri,add spirally bit by bit,till you get a med textured like Eba,mix well,till smooth and lump free

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to low now, sprinkle ill water in it,cover it,once it boils,stir and continue mixing with wooden spatula till fluffy and smooth,plate with a wet scoop to give extra smoothness or allow temperature to drop before you wrap in a cellophane wrap,eat with soup of choice
