Steps

Boil and peel arbi.heat oil in pan add ajwain. Add Green chilies,add onion and cook till translucent.

When onions are cooked add dry masala, grind tomatoes and add.cook till oil separates.

When tomatoes are cooked add boiled arbi cut in cubes. Add water and salt to adjust taste and thickness of gravy.
