Ingredients

  1. 1 cupclean and washed chopped Arabi leaves 🍃
  2. 1 cupcooked tur dal
  3. 1 tbspgraham flour
  4. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsptamarind paste
  7. 1 tbspjaggery powder
  8. 1 tbsp cocoa slices
  9. 1 tbsppeanuts
  10. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  11. 2 red chilli 🌶️
  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 1/4 tbspmustard seeds
  14. 1/4 tbspasafoetida
  15. 1/4 cumin
  16. Salt to taste

  1. 1

    Keep aside all ingredients.heat a Kadhai,add water and add chopped taro leaves and boil for 2 minutes. Then turn off heat.

    Drain the water and add in Kadhai cooked rice dal,and mix it,then add graham flour and mix it well add fresh water and cooked for 2 minutes.then add all spices,and water and cooked for 2 minutes.add coconut slices and mix it well.

    Add peaches and tamarind paste,jaggery powder salt and cooked for 2 minutes.Take one tadaka pan add oil,mustard seeds,cumin,asafoetida,when it cracked add chopped garlic and red chilli and stir it turn the heat and pour on sabji.ready your Arabi sabji

    Take one bowl add sabji and garnish with curry leaves and serve with rice or roti.enjoy.
