Cold Angel Hair Pasta with Fiery Gochujang Sauce

On a hot summer day, you don’t want to cook Pasta? Angel Hair Pasta (Capellini) can be cooked in 2-3 minutes. Cool the cooked pasta in cold water, and mix with the fiery sauce. Add plenty of refreshing salad vegetable and some protein, I added Roast Pork and Boiled Egg today. It’s spicy, sour, sweet and salty. You will love this dish.
Cold Angel Hair Pasta with Fiery Gochujang Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine all the Sauce ingredients. *Note: I added 1/2 tablespoon, but I wished if I had added more.

Before you start cooking Angel Hair Pasta, prepare all other ingredients. I recommend to cut them into thin strips, so that it would be easy to eat them with Angel Hair Pasta.

Cook Angel Hair Pasta in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package. It takes 2 to 3 minutes. Drain, cool them in cold water, drain, cool again, then drain. Pasta should be COLD.

Add the drained Pasta and other ingredients to the Sauce, and mix to combine. Add some Crispy Chilli Oil (OR Chilli Sauce) for extra heat.

*Note: You can arrange the ingredients on top, then pour the Sauce over before you eat.
