Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Slice all the vegetables set aside. Slice the cooked meat and set aside.

Slice the tops off your bell peppers, remove seeds place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes to soften.

Add oil to skillet. Add peppers and onion cook over medium heat until softened. Add meat, fajita seasoning packets and water to skillet, stir throughly, cook until fajita seasoning is thickened 5-10 minutes.

Stuff peppers, bake additional 15-20 minutes or until peppers are softened.

Top with cheese and serve
