Assemble ingredients, chop Mushroom

In moderately heated pan / wok add oil + butter and allow to melt, add chopped onion and sauté for few seconds then add mushrooms + green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Gradually mushroom release water and sauté till water dries up, add garlic at this stage and sauté.
Add turmeric + pepper powder and sauté for few seconds. - 4
Add milk+ malai + salt and stir well. Wait for a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add grated cheese + chopped Coriander and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes under low to medium flame.
Little more milk can be added at this stage as per desired consistency. - 6
Simmer for few seconds and dish is done. Serve hot hot.
