Spaghetti with fried egg and vegetables

Boil the spaghetti till they are tender and soft

Beat the eggs in an egg cup

Add salt and garam masala

Heat the pan on fire and add some oil

Fry the egg till it i golden brown

Remove the egg and fry onions on the same pan.

Add tomatoes and let them simmer till they make a thick paste

Add carrots,sukuma wiki and other vegetables of your choice and cook for a minute.

Add the fried egg while cutting into pieces in the pan.

Cook for half a minute and remove from the fire.

Serve the fried egg and vegetables with spaghetti.
