  • 4egg cakes
  • Handfulstrawberry's
  • 50 grWhipped cream
  • 100 grstrawberry jam

    Spread the egg cakes on the underside with the strawberry jam.

  2. 2

    Remove the crowns from the strawberries and slice the strawberries.

  3. 3

    Divide the strawberries over the egg cakes with jam.

  4. 4

    Pipe a tuft of whipped cream on the egg cakes and your delicious pastry is ready.
