Steps

In a pan heat butter and add the veggies. Add salt, oregano chilli flakes,flour and milk. Mix well to form the stuffing. Add cheese.

In a bowl mix flour, salt and milk. Keep aside for 15mts. Heat the non stick pan pour batter to make pancakes

Now in between crepes add mushroom stuffing. Fold and serve
