2small bananas
1/2 teaspoonchia seeds
1/4 teaspoonflaxseed (optional)
1 teaspoonpeanut butter
1/2 teaspoonraisin
1/2 teaspoonpumpkin seeds
2 teaspoonpomegranate seeds

Soak chia seeds and flaxseed overnight.

Spilt two bananas.

Now spread the peanut butter in each half.

Drizzle chia seeds with flaxseed over the peanut butter on top of that add pumpkin seeds, raisins pomegranates and serve chill.
