Steps

Soak rice, urad dal and meethi seeds for 4 hrs. Then wash it properly and drain it. Grind algother coarsely. Transfer to a bowl. Then add ragi powder.

Mix it well. Keep in a warm place over night. Next day again mix it well. Then add salt as needed. Mix it properly there should be no lumps on it. Pur the half spoon of batter in a idly mould.

Keep in a steamer. Cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes check with a knife. If it is done then transfer to a plate.

Serve.immediately hot.ragi idly with sambhar and coconut chutney
