I'm usually preparing this recipe with besan but I used coarse whole wheat flour this time.
Steps

Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add carom seeds and asafoetida. Add freshly grounded green chillies, garlic and ginger. Saute for some time.

Add capsicum. Continue to saute. Add turmeric and salt.

Add coarse whole wheat flour. Continue to cook on low flame. Sprinkle with some water.

Add fresh coriander leaves finely chopped. Mix it well. Serve hot with Roti.
