Steps

Knead the dough of wheat flour, maize flour(makkai ka aata)salt oil and chane ka aata

Grate paneer add salt chopped pudina and coriander leaves in it
- 3
Add ajwain, dhaniya powder, anar Dana, red chili powder and garam masala, mix it well
- 4
Take small portion of dough make it like small chapati apply ghee and put paneer pudina batter in it cover it and make like Parantha
- 5
Put on the tawa and apply ghee
- 6
Paneer pudina bites ready to serve with curd
