Asian Cucumber Salad (Pickled)

Wash the cucumber, slice it with the skin on, and place it in a bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and paprika.

Add the sesame seeds and olive oil, then mix well.

Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly. The salad is ready. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
