Clean, wash & chop the veggies into big pieces. Take the veggies in a pressure cooker. Add 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Open the pressure cooker once the pressure is released.

Take the mixture in a mixer jar & blend till smooth. Strain the soupy mixture.

Prepare the tempering of clarified butter / ghee & butter. When they both melt, add cumin seeds.When the cumin seeds splutter, add the soup in it. Add salt & pepper. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes. Serve piping hot soup in the monsoon & make your immunity strong.You can serve this soup for breakfast or mid - morning snack or even in the evenings.
