First, take a kadhai and add sabudana. Roast it on medium heat for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a plate. Next, add coconut powder to the kadhai and roast it for one minute.

After the tapioca has cooled, add it to a mixer jar and grind it into a fine flour. In a medium bowl, add ghee and powdered sugar, then beat until smooth.

Add the tapioca flour to the bowl along with the roasted coconut powder, cardamom powder, and chopped almonds. Mix well. Shape the mixture into round laddus. Your tapioca flour laddus are ready to eat. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve. Enjoy this quick recipe!
