Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, turmeric Powder, ginger & garlic paste...

Close the lid...Leave it for 5 minutes...till Chicken become half-cooked

Meanwhile grind the chopped onions

Blend into smooth paste & keep aside

Open the lid, now add chilli powder, salt

Now add little water & close the lid...leave it some minutes

Open the lid, add coriander powder, gram masala powder

Finally add onion paste

Sauté it for 3 to 4 minutes & Close the lid

Open the lid... now oil begin to separate from gravy...
