2 khakhra

6 tbspsalad finely chopped (cabbage, onions, deseeded tomatoes, cucumber. Capsicum, carrot etc)
2-3 tbspgreen chutney or mayonnaise
1-2 tbsptomato ketchup
1 tspchilli sauce if using mayonnaise
1/2 tspchat masalo or Peru peri masala
2 pckhakhra (preferably unflavoured)
4 tbspnylon sev to garnish (can also use masala peanuts)

Gently Spread the chutney or the sauces on the khakhra.

Sprinkle the salad and the peri peri masala all over.

Garnish with nylon sev. Serve immediately.
