Harissa with Pine Nuts

Add the melted butter to the semolina and rub them together well. Let the mixture rest for 1 hour.

Mix the yogurt and sugar together and set aside. Add the coconut, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to the semolina and butter mixture, and mix well.

Add the yogurt and sugar mixture to the bowl and bring the dough together. Grease a baking pan with the room temperature butter, add the dough, spread it evenly, and decorate with pine nuts that have been soaked in water.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. While still hot, pour hot sugar syrup over the harissa.
