Red poha is healthy option for breakfast. To make this dish more healthy, I have steamed the medu vadas instead of frying and still the taste was amazing. This dish can be prepared quickly ,no.need to soak the dal overnight.

Red poha is healthy option for breakfast. To make this dish more healthy, I have steamed the medu vadas instead of frying and still the taste was amazing. This dish can be prepared quickly ,no.need to soak the dal overnight.
Steps

Take the red poha in a bowl and wash thoroughly. Remove excess water.

Now transfer red poha into a mixer jar. Add semolina,curd and curry leaves and grind.

Take this mixture to a plate. Now add salt,cumin seeds, red chilli flakes / red chilli. Fresh green coriander leaves and mix well.

Now take a small portion from it and make a ball and flatten it and make a hole. Like this prepare all medu vadas.

Now we have ro steam these vadas for that take a big kadai or vessel,add water to it and boil it,and steam vadas. For steaming put littil oil on a plate or strainer with holes. Cover it with lead and steam for 15 minutes.

Now remove the medu vadas and serve with your favorite chutney/ sambar.
